TRAINING

Thermal Imaging Training

Thermal imaging trainingWe’ll train your personnel on how to use thermal imaging to determine a wide range of potential failure conditions and improve the health of your machines, especially your electrical systems.

Thermal imagers can be used to find overheating components, overloaded circuits, and bad electrical connections. Thermal imaging can help you avoid costly downtime, improve safety, and extend the life of your equipment.

This course is designed for those who want to learn how to use thermal imaging cameras professionally. The content will be most beneficial for those in maintenance, reliability, and engineering roles.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the basic principles of heat transfer
  • Basic camera operation
  • Perform a thermal imaging survey
  • Evaluate mechanical systems using infrared technology
  • Analyze thermal images to find potential problems
  • Compile quality data using an IR Camera
  • Create a report of your findings
