What makes FPA different
More Than Experience. A Partner in Progress.
FPA specialists are certified in vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound inspection, electric motor testing, field balancing, laser alignment and reliability-centered maintenance. Just as important, our team brings in-the-trenches plant experience that helps translate technical findings into practical maintenance action.
From one urgent machinery problem to a complete condition monitoring program, we align our recommendations with your safety, quality, environmental and business priorities.
Our philosophy
“Reliability Is Earned Through Discipline, Not Purchase.”
Real reliability comes from people, process and ownership, not equipment alone. FPA works side by side with clients to build sustainable programs that prevent unplanned downtime, strengthen safety and create lasting value.
Discipline • Collaboration • Ownership • Greater uptime

Practical Solutions for a More Reliable Tomorrow
Connect the right expertise, technology and skills to the reliability outcomes your operation needs.
Built around your operation
A Reliability Partner From Plant Floor to Leadership Team
Every facility has different equipment, failure modes, operating pressures and business risks. FPA learns your process before recommending a condition monitoring or reliability approach. A project coordinator connects our specialists with operations, maintenance and leadership so technical insight becomes focused action.
The result is a program designed around your business case, one that helps teams make risk-based decisions from a stronger position of knowledge.
Understand the equipment
Identify critical assets, operating context and likely failure modes.
Turn data into decisions
Connect trustworthy condition data to prioritized maintenance action.
Build internal capability
Strengthen technician skills, workflows and ownership across the program.
Sustain the improvement
Measure results, close gaps and keep the reliability program moving forward.
